Elevate Dairy is a program to attract and integrate innovative solutions from around the world into the Victorian Dairy Industry
It connects two key groups: global innovators, and Victorian dairy farmers who are ready to test and adopt practical solutions that deliver real impact. This platform provides the infrastructure to the dairy industry for the introduction and adoption of new technologies on-farm.
Gardiner Foundation is an independent philanthropic organisation dedicated to strengthening the long-term prosperity of Victoria’s dairy industry and its communities. For 25 years, Gardiner has invested in research, industry, people and community programs that build capability, support innovation and enhance the resilience of dairy regions across the state.
Gardiner has invested in Elevate Dairy to ensure Victorian dairy farmers have access to practical, proven tools that lift productivity and support better on-farm decision-making. The program accelerates the adoption of practices that improve business performance today while positioning farmers to manage future challenges and opportunities with greater confidence.
Through Elevate Dairy, Gardiner aims to build whole-of-farm capability, strengthen the resilience of dairy businesses and support a more competitive and adaptable industry. The program is designed to create measurable improvements on farm, increase confidence in strategic planning and foster a culture of continuous improvement across Victoria’s dairy regions.
Gardiner has engaged Beanstalk AgTech to launch and deliver Elevate Dairy, supporting a stronger and more resilient Victorian Dairy Industry. Beanstalk is a leading ventures and advisory firm dedicated to driving profitable and sustainable agrifood systems. Beanstalk has more than eight years of experience in building and operating agricultural Landing Pads, programs that are design to bridge the gap between innovation and adoption.
This partnership brings together Gardiner’s deep sector expertise and commitment to regional development with Beanstalk’s proven ability to accelerate innovative solutions and connect innovators to commercial opportunities.

Working closely with farmers to identify priority challenges and facilitate adoption of innovative solutions
This is a multi-year program, during which we will host an annual cohort of up to 8 innovators. We take a challenge-led approach, working closely with farmers at every step of the way, from defining the problem to putting ideas into practice. A key component of Elevate Dairy will be its farmer innovation network, which will help with challenge identification and prioritisation, testing and demonstrating of technology.
